Business
Non-immigrant B visas and extensions for people working in a Thai company, coordinated with the work permit.
Long-stay options
Advice on newer long-stay visas such as the Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) and Long-Term Resident (LTR) visa.
The routine paperwork
- 90-day address reports
- Re-entry permits before you travel
- Changing from a tourist visa to a non-immigrant visa
- Residence certificates and immigration letters
- Thai translations of foreign documents
- TM.30 address notifications
Work permits
A work permit is tied to your employer and your job, and the employer has to meet conditions of its own. We prepare the employer and employee documents, file the application and handle renewals and changes of position.

How it works
We look at your situation, tell you which visa fits and give you a document list. When the file is complete we check every page, then book or accompany your visit to immigration. After that we remind you of 90-day reports and next year’s extension.
Immigration rules and financial thresholds change, and local offices sometimes ask for extra documents. Before every application we check the current requirements, so you only make the trip once.
Tell us your situation and we will send you a clear plan with the full cost.
Common questions
If yours isn’t here, ask us. There is no charge for a first conversation.
What do I need for a retirement extension?
You need the right visa to start from, to be 50 or older, and to show money in a Thai bank account, a monthly income, or a combination, at the levels immigration currently sets. We give you the full document list and confirm the latest figures before you apply.
Can you come to immigration with me?
Yes, where it helps. Most applications still need you to appear in person, but we prepare the file, check it and can accompany you.
I am on a tourist visa. Can I change without leaving Thailand?
Sometimes. It depends on your nationality, current visa and the visa you want. Ask us and we will tell you whether it is possible.
Can I work on a retirement visa?
No. Working in Thailand needs a work permit, which a retirement visa does not allow. If you want to work or run a business, we will explain the route that does.
