Who we are
Thai Business & Property Services (TBPS), 11/100 Phetkasem Road, Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan 77110, Thailand, is the data controller for personal data sent through this website. Reach us on our phone number or the contact form.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive what you enter: name, email, phone and nationality if given, and what you tell us about your situation. We also record the date and time and technical details such as your IP address, to protect the form from spam.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the services you ask for. Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), the legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We do not sell your data or add you to marketing lists.
Who sees it
Our team, and the companies that host this website and deliver our email, acting on our instructions. If your enquiry is a legal matter and you ask us to, we pass it to our partner firm Premier Legal Services. Nobody else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as Thai law requires for accounting and tax.
Cookies
Only the cookies the site needs to work, such as the one protecting the contact form. No advertising cookies. Fonts load from Bunny Fonts, which sets no cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw consent or object to its use. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) in Thailand.
