Your books in order, every month
Monthly filings, payroll, tax and year-end accounts for Thai companies, explained in English so you always know where you stand.
Monthly
Thai companies have filings due every month, even in a quiet month. We keep your books and file on time.
- Bookkeeping and a monthly summary
- VAT returns (PP.30)
- Withholding tax for salaries and suppliers
- Social security for you and your staff
- Payroll and payslips
Yearly
- Annual financial statements, audited by a licensed auditor
- Corporate income tax, half-year and annual
- Submission to the Department of Business Development
- Personal income tax for foreign directors and employees
Personal tax for residents
Thailand’s rules on taxing foreign income brought into the country have changed in recent years. We help residents work out whether they need to file, and prepare the return if they do.
Work permit and visa renewals depend on your company’s tax and social security records. Because we handle both, the figures immigration asks for are ready when you need them.
Tell us your situation and we will send you a clear plan with the full cost.
Common questions
If yours isn’t here, ask us. There is no charge for a first conversation.
My company did not trade this month. Do I still need to file?
Usually, yes. VAT and withholding tax returns are generally still due, even when the figure is zero, and missed returns lead to fines.
Do you work with an auditor?
Yes. Thai companies need their annual accounts audited by a licensed auditor. We prepare the accounts and arrange the audit.
Can you sort out accounts that are behind?
Yes. We regularly take over companies with missed filings, bring the records up to date and settle the position with the authorities.
Do I pay Thai tax on my pension or overseas income?
It depends on your residence, where the money comes from, when it is brought into Thailand and any tax treaty. We look at your situation and tell you whether you need to file.
