Yes. We look after the property while you are away and get it ready before you arrive.
Can you find tenants for my condo?
Yes. We market it, vet tenants, arrange the lease with our partner lawyers and collect the rent.
How do I know the work was done?
You get photos and written updates after inspections and during any job, and invoices for everything paid on your behalf.
Can you help me buy or transfer a property?
We help with transfers at the Land Office. For the legal side of a purchase, Premier Legal Services in our office can act for you.
